Pre-Teen Conditioning for 2016-05-19
Pre-Teen/Teen Conditioning:
This class is a high-energy exercise class and strives to increase the overall health and fitness level of kids/teens in a fun, positive and motivating environment by utilizing obstacle courses, partner activities, body weight exercises, circuits and more.
Pre-Teen (ages 10 – 13) focuses on body weight exercises
Teen (ages 14 and up) incorporates free weights, machines and functional training.
