Titanic Dinner: Serving First Class
On the anniversary of the Titanic sinking, dine like the first-class passengers aboard its last evening afloat. Your evening will include a Food and Beverage presentation showcasing the passengers' last meal and what happened on those fateful decks! This will be a night to remember!
Menu:
1st Course
Canapes a l'Amiral
Shrimp. Toast. Roe.
2nd Course
Cream of Barley Soup
Irish Whiskey & Cream
3rd Course
Asparagus & Cress Salad
Squab. Saffron Champagne Vinaigrette.
4th Course
Poached Salmon Mousseline
Cucumber. Dill.
5th Course
Rose Water Sorbet
Mint.
6th Course
Filet Mignon Lili
Foie Gras. Truffle. Madeira Sauce. Vegetable Farci. Pomme Anna.
7th Course
Spiced Peaches
Chartreuse Gelle.
8th Course
Coffee & Cheese
Emmental. Stilton. Edam.
The evening will feature multiple wine pairing throughout the dinner!
Each member will be given a boarding pass from actual passengers aboard the ship at the beginning of the dinner! At the end of the evening, find out if your passenger escapes the shipwreck! Enjoy a live string trio and dine on exquisite food from the early 1900's!
Members are welcome to dress in black-tie, period-era costumes, or country club causal!
