Slow Flow Yoga 10.22.25 for Wednesday, October 22, 2025
Start your day off with rejuvinating yoga that emphasizes mindful movements, pliabilty and relaxation. This class incorporates a variety of poses, including standing, seated and floor poses focusing on stretching and lengthening muscles. We will begin with breathwork and end in meditation with an optional third eye chakra (forehead) massge.
The slower pace and extended holds make slow flow yoga appropriate for beginners and those with limited mobility.
