MYOF; PYOP; Red Tees; No Ringers

Two-women Scotch:  Players choose to tee off on either odd or even-numbered holes, alternate shot through the green.  Continue tee rotation throughout the round.  Use 60% of lower player's handicap, and 40% of the higher player's handicap.

 Maximum score on any hole is net triple bogey (Par+3+your handicap).
