PLGA Opening Brunch for Wednesday, April 7, 2021

Getting back to the course is right around the corner!


Welcome to the Opening Brunch of the 2021 season! We are excited to tee off this year with good food and good friends!

Registration deadline: April 1st.



Menu:

Smoked Salmon or Champagne Poached Chicken Avocado Toast-Toasted Country French Bread

Haas Avocado, House Cured Lox style Salmon or Poached Chicken, Hard Cooked Egg, Spinach, Pickled Vegetable Nest

Berry Trifle-Vanilla Crème Anglaise

Assorted Berries, Pastry Crème.
