9am 9-13-25 Rollout-Reset for Saturday, September 13, 2025

This is a 60 minute class involving deep active stretching, learning foam rolling techniques, and  discussing certain trigger points of the body to address muscle fatigue.

Using these exercises to release muscle tension allows for better blood flow to the muscles for recovery & feeling taller & more energized for the week ahead.
