All of our mouth-watering menus are prepared fresh daily on-site by our executive chef and talented culinary team, who take a great deal of pride in providing an eclectic and delicious variety of foods in a friendly and welcoming ambiance.

Sarah Wills served four years in the United States Marine Corps as an Auditor and Personnel Clerk. Afterward, she pursued her Culinary Arts Degree at Florida Culinary in West Palm Beach graduating in 2007. She also attended IRSC where she studied Culinary Management.
In Sarah’s first four years in the kitchen, she apprenticed under three different chefs who combined had 50 years of experience in the culinary world. She also worked with Chef Eric Chavot at Windsor who is a highly accredited two-star Michelin Chef. Sarah was the Kitchen Supervisor at Vero Beach Hotel and Spa for three years before beginning at Bent Pine Golf Club in Vero Beach where she was the Executive Sous Chef for four years. Upon the Chef’s departure, Sarah was promoted to Executive Chef, a title she has held for the last two years.
Sarah's style of cooking is French-American with a contemporary modern twist. She is a highly talented individual who we are happy to welcome as our Executive Chef at the Pinery!
