Evening Hatha- Janeen for Wednesday, June 12, 2019
This evening class is designed to unwind and unravel at the end of the day. It's a perfect mid-week reset to help release stress and promote sound sleep. Each class's sequence will be based on gentle postures to help balance out the body and calm the mind.
