The Chef and Somm. Dinner for Thursday, March 25, 2021

Chef John Brazie and Sommelier TJ Satriano cordially invite you to an evening of fantastic food and wine with a twist. We?ve been talking to each other, and only each other, for too long thanks to Covid so we?ll be stepping out from behind the scenes for an evening of great food and wine in the Vintage Room. Part cooking demo, part podcast, part wine education, mostly tall tales, and an irreverent take on the staunch world of Food & Wine.


While we try at least once a week to live off wine and wine alone it?s unsustainable, or at the very least will get me in a bunch of trouble at home, so it?s a must that we have food to compliment. John couldn?t let the wine steal the show with his culinary tales! If you leave hungry or sober it?s your fault.
