Join Tom Gempel in The Fitness Center for Golf Fitness!  This class is specifically designed to improve the muscle groups and parts of the body most required when golfing.  Golf conditioning will include exercises that increase core stability, increase muscular strength, improve flexibility, injury prevention, balance and coordination. Ages 13-18
